Hi there race fans! How exciting, my very own blog! For me this is certainly a stretch in the technology world. My talents are very few and limited when it comes to computers. But NOTHING will come between me and Nascar.
I fell in love with Nascar actually because I fell. Seriously, I took a major fall and shattered my right arm. I was stuck in a recliner for 6 weeks with not much to do except watch tv. I found Nascar and the rest is history.
When not attempting to meet Tony Stewart I love to sail. Our family has chartered many times in the British Virgin Islands. My husband is the Captain, I am the First Mate, our older daughter, Kristen is Deck Fluff and Liz, well she is the Dinghy Captain!
I also travel alot with Jim on our Harley. We have been many places and have seen lots of things.
Punxy PA to see Phil, The Zippo Lighter Factory, The Corning Glass Museum to blow glass,The Finger Lakes and Key West!
My goal this year is to add more pictures on my race track poster. I take pictures at the tracks and tape them to the poster. I'll have to post a picture of it for you. I have been to Richmond, Michigan, Bristol, Charlotte, The Rock, Pocono & Daytona. Now I've only actually been to races at Richmond. Michigan, Charlotte and Bristol...but I've seen the tracks...so it counts!

Jamie McMurray's car changes colors this weekend. Remember those tshirts that were white indoors and then changed colors whenyou went outside??

This months issue of Nascar Illustrated just came in the mail this Saturday. Tony was on the cover and even better was the article and pics inside from the Prelude at Eldora. And.....on page 50, if you look closey on the media tower, above the "O" in Eldora, it's ME! To my right is Liz. Famous!!!!
Now it's off to Michigan...where will my picture turn up next??? |

Jimmie and Chandra Johnson welcomed a daughter yesterday, July 7th. No details have been released yet. Looks like another horseshoe in the Johnson household!. This mid week birth should allow Jimmie to race this Saturday at Chicago. |

Overwhelming response to Delana Harvicks Tshirts.
Wonder how long it will be before we see other drivers trying to do the same thing.

10. Not waiting in traffic..arriving or leaving the track!
9. Listening to Ray Everham calling his wife after the race and telling her how much fun he had.
8. Realizing just how tiny Tony Kanan really is ( guess those Indy car seats are really small)
7. Being close enough to smack Kyle Busch!
6. Hanging with the girls from St. Jude ( 2nd place win for our team!)
5. Calling out Kasey Khane on his Ohio State T-shirt.
